About ZenFest
ZenFest is presented by the Catawba Valley Festival of Arts and the YMCA of the Catawba Valley with common missions for nurturing health and well being in our community. The festival will take place on the 17-acre historic Catawba Farms with offerings that include:

We are a group of Yoga teachers, studio owners, wellness advocates, and practitioners who live in the Catawba Valley. We care deeply about individuals and the community and believe that fostering a culture of mindfulness, wellness, and holistic living can transform lives. Our diverse backgrounds and shared passion for yoga and wellness have brought us together to create ZenFest, an annual event dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
